Franchise Mode Setup (Beta)

Enable multi-tenant franchising for your system

Beta Feature Notice

Franchise mode is currently in beta. This will modify your database structure to support multiple franchises. Make sure to backup your data before proceeding.

What will happen:

Add Franchise Entity

Create a new entity to manage franchise locations

Update All Entities

Add franchise_id field to all existing entities for data isolation

Create Default Franchise

Existing data will be assigned to a "Main" franchise

Add User Roles

Super Admin, Franchise Admin, and Franchise Staff roles

New Features:

Super Admin dashboard to manage all franchises
Franchise-level data isolation (each franchise sees only their data)
Franchise admin can manage their own locations and staff
Central reporting and analytics across all franchises

Note: This is a manual setup guide. Contact support or follow the migration script to enable franchise mode.
